We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During exceptionally busy periods, please allow 48–72 hours for your order to be processed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Terms & Responsibilities

• Courier Delays: Once an order is dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier. We cannot influence their speed of service.
• Customs: International deliveries may be held by local customs agencies. We have no control over customs processing times or potential clearance delays.
• Accuracy of Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AbayaButh cannot be held responsible for missing items resulting from an incorrectly provided address.

International Customs & Import Duties

Recipients outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or formal customs fees. These charges are determined by local legislation in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Costs: Because customs policies vary significantly by country, we are unable to predict or advise on these potential costs.
• Import Restrictions: Please verify that your local customs office allows the import of our products before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from local import restrictions.

Important Notice: USA Shipments

As of late August 2025, U.S. government policy removed the de minimis threshold for all shipments. This means all packages, regardless of value, may now be subject to duties and taxes.

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and processing fees are independent of your shipping costs. These are assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection upon the parcel's arrival.
